Porttable Oil and Tapenade Bring the taste of Portugal to your table. Porttable’s Original Olive Oil is made from four varieties of olives from the Douro region: Cobrancosa, Verdeal, Negrinha de Freixo and Madural. The olives are harvested late in the season (the end of November into early December), resulting in a soft, fresh tasting traditional olive oil. It has a slightly green color and is perfect on salads, oven-roasted vegetables or as a dipping sauce for crusty breads. Porttable’s Green and Black Olive Tapenades are fresh, fruity, and intense, with the perfect texture of small bits along with the paste. Enjoy on bread as a substitute for butter, or as an ingredient in cooked dishes.
