Cape Cod Metal Polishing Cloths Keep your silver and cookware gleaming! Cape Cod Metal Polishing Cloths are moist, re-usable cloths that clean, polish, and protect all types of metals: Silver, brass, pewter, gold, stainless steel, copper, aluminum, and nickel. Easy to use, simply wipe on and buff off with a soft cloth. They have a pleasant vanilla fragrance and leave a revolutionary anti-tarnish finish.
J.Q. Dickinson Salt-Works produces brilliantly clean, artisanal salt, harvested by hand on their Virginia farm. Their brine is naturally sourced from an ancient, untouched sea called the Iapetus Ocean (predating the Atlantic) trapped below the Appalachian mountains. The salt is free of contaminants and heavy metals that may be found in other oceans. Gleaned from the earth by an underground brine aquifer, the salt is then processed naturally using the power of the sun and gentle mountain breezes. The result is a beautiful crystal that enhances the flavor of any dish. “J.Q. Dickinson salt-works is one of those products that simply makes you proud to be a southerner. A perfect example of a family continuing a 7th generation tradition with pride and responsibility. Did I mention the salt is perfect?”- SEAN BROCK, EXECUTIVE CHEF/OWNER, HUSK RESTAURANT ( NASHVILLE, TN AND CHARLESTON, SC) AND MCCRADY’S (CHARLESTON, SC)

Wines of Albert Bichot with Troy Heinzman. In 1831, Bernard Bichot founded a wine trading business in his name in Monthélie. His son, Hippolyte, succeeded him and bought the first vines in Volnay, already convinced that upstream control was essential. His son, Albert Bichot, the first to bear the name, gave the family business new momentum in the late 19th century and settled in the centre of Beaune once and for all in 1912. From fathers to sons, the company has remained in the family’s hands and now their vineyards total 6 estates that cover Burgundy from north to south. We will taste: Chardonnay Vieilles Vignes ’15 $19.99/btl, Depaquit Chablis ’17 $34.99/btl, Chassagne Montrachet ’15 $69.99/btl, Pinot Noir Vieilles Vignes ’16 $19.99/btl, Pommard Clos des Ursulines ’15 $75.99/btl, Aloxe-Corton ’16 $75.99/btl, Vosne Romanee ’16 $106.99/btl
