Central Coast Goat Gouda Made from 100% whole goat milk and goat cream. Aged on pine for at least 5 months. This semi-soft cheese is ivory colored with a smooth mouthfeel and a slightly grainy texture. It has a caramel scent and a slightly nutty and sweet flavor. $27.00/lb
Aarewasser Mild, just like the climate of the Aare Valley. Named for the pure spring water of the Aare River, which washed the cheese during the production process. Smooth, creamy, melting texture with flavors of grass and a hint of mushroom. $23.00/lb
Comte Fort Saint Antoine A revered AOC version on Comte, made in small batches using the traditional methods of Marcel Petit. Aged at least 14 months. A firm, supple paste that melts in the mouth. A nutty tang with a sweet, caramel finish. $25.00/lb

He represented the U.S. in two world finals; at the Sopexa Gran Prix du Sommelier in Paris in 1994 – which entitled McNeill to serve as President of the Jury for the U.S. competition that followed in 1997 – and the Concours Mondial du Sommelier in Tokyo in 1995. Winderlea Shea Vineyard Pinot Noir 2013
“Sourced from the west side of the vineyard from vines planted in 2004, the 2013 Pinot Noir Shea was picked on 18 September and then matured for ten months using 25% new oak. It offers fragrant dark cherry, bergamot and cranberry scents on the nose that are neatly integrated with the oak, focused with good intensity. The palate is medium-bodied with fine grain tannin, slightly darker fruit than Winderlea’s other 2013s with a gentle grip on the marine-tinged finish. This would be my pick from Winderlea this vintage.”
