Gran Mugello Riserva From the Tuscan farm “Il Palagiaccio”, Gran Mugello has a compact texture and an initial sweet, delicate taste. Then, this raw milk delight explodes with flavor. One to slowly savor…buttery and nutty with an extra virgin olive oil hint on the lingering finish. $32.00/lb
Ewenique This 100% sheep milk has a brilliant velvety white paste and a delicate texture. This complex cheese boasts incredible sweetness and flavors redolent of salted caramel and fresh vanilla beans. A slight hint of citrus contrasts the savory qualities of the sheep milk. $32.00/lb
Jasper Hill Blue Bayley Hazen A natural-rinded blue named for the Bayley Hazen Military Road in Vermont. The usual peppery taste associated with blues takes a backseat to sweet, nutty flavors in the milk. It shows a distinct licorice flavor in the creamy paste. $31.99/lb

Wine of the Week
Owen Roe Sinister Hand ’16
“(David O’Reilly uses carbonic maceration for the Cinsaut component in order to round out its tannins and enhance primary perfume and fruit notes): Moderately saturated medium red. Perfumed, highly nuanced nose offers scents of red raspberry, cherry, meat, red licorice, spices and purple sage, plus a whiff of graphite minerality and a faintly candied quality that carries through onto the palate. Savory and classically dry, with its boysenberry and blackberry fruit flavors complemented by salty minerality. The tannins are fairly light but firm.”
91+ Pts Stephen Tanzer $29.99/btl
