Le Creuset Sale
WAS $325 NOW $200!! The iconic Le Creuset Dutch Oven is indispensable in the kitchens of home cooks and professional chefs alike. Long recognized for its strength and durability, cast iron is the prime material for slow-cooking, braising and roasting, thanks to its ability to maintain even and consistent heat. The enameled Dutch oven needs no seasoning, and it’s suitable for both stovetop and oven use. Extra depth contains splatters, and creates greater capacity while taking up less space on the stovetop.
Bethmale Gets its name from the valley in the Pyrenees where it was originally produced. The taste is truly unique: a zingy tingle on the tongue, but with a mellow and nutty overall sensation. Flavors are mild, very rich, milky and buttery with notes of grass, wood and mushrooms. $33.50/lb
Briana Semi-firm, smear-ripened cheese that is dense and easily melted. It is smooth and slightly elastic, adapted from the Italian Alpine cheeses. Distinct nutty overtones, mild herbaceousness and hints of fresh fruit add an element of pungency to the finish. $28.00/lb
Casella’s Prosciutto Juicy, marbled, delicate, nutty. A domestic take on prosciutto following the “tried-and-true traditions of the Italian norcini.” $36.99/btl

Wine of the Week
Chateau Franc Mayne ’15
“The 2015 Franc-Mayne has a refined and detailed bouquet with blackberry, raspberry coulis and a touch of cedar emerging from the glass. This is a classy bouquet in the making. The palate is fresh and vibrant with succulent red berry fruit overlaying a fine lattice of tannin. Precise, focused and elegant without compromising the fruit, this is perhaps the best wine that I have tasted from this estate. Bravo! Drink: 2020-2040”
