“Fermented until early February 2018 and tasted from the vat two days before the bottling, the 2016 Riesling “Zeit” has a clear and complex bouquet with tropical fruit aromas along with smoky-mineral notes. Racy-piquant on the palate, this is a fresh and fruity, beautifully piquant and mineral Riesling with a long, salty, appealing juicy finish. This is pure, fresh and elegant Riesling with great class.
