Oliver Pluff & Company Cold Brew NEW items in stock Tea. Water. Pitcher. Cold. (easy – breezy) Cold Brew by Oliver Pluff & Company- refreshing iced teas easily brewed by steeping in cold water. The cold brewing of teas is a simple way of steeping but also has an outstanding result with a high quality of flavor. For example, the Blackberry Cold Brew is created from an orange pekoe black tea base – which yields a more subtle, naturally sweet infusion. The slow-brewing process for cold brew tea produces a tea that differs from hot tea or iced tea. With the blend of black tea combined with tart and earthy notes from blackberry leaves, this tea is a perfect refreshment for a hot summer day. The beautiful tin makes a perfect hostess gift!

Wine of the Week
La Rasina Brunello di Montalcino ’15 “The La Rasina 2015 Brunello di Montalcino is another textbook expression from the vintage. The wine offers the bold intensity, darkness and rich fruit fiber to proudly carry the Brunello banner. This is what wines from the appellation are all about. Both the fruit intensity and harmony are spot-on, and the wine offers a long, rich and very pleasurable finish. There’s a lot of fruit fiber with tight tannins and acidity. These elements promise to loosen up and soften with extra time in the cellar. This is a lovely wine with dusty, earthy notes on the finish. Some 25,000 bottles were released.”
