Momofuku Easy, breezy summer supper…a bowl of noodles from David Chang. The noodles are simply made with wheat, salt and water and air dried (never fried). Plus they contain zero preservatives or artificial flavoring, and offer 10 grams of plant-based protein per serving. Add in an egg or veggies, if you like. And we have the most talked about noodle topping from his restaurant. You have got to try the Chili Crunch.

Wine of the Week
Tikal Amorio Malbec ’17 “The pure Malbec 2017 Amorío comes from Paraje Altamira, with part of the wine fermented in roll fermentors and all the wine matured in barrique. It’s aromatic and floral, with good ripeness and a juicy palate. It has some tannins that might need a little bit of time in bottle. The flavors are focused and clean and combine some primary notes with some spices.”
