Frog Hollow Farmstead Apple Butter made with Bourbon and Dark Maple Syrup? Yes, please!!! Frog Hollow Farmstead is a small farm in historic Hubbardton, VT. The chef/owner creates unique flavors, in small batches that highlight the season using ingredients straight from the farm. This artisan apple butter is cooked for over 10 hours with hints of cinnamon, nutmeg & cloves – then infused with Vermont crafted bourbon and pure Vermont Certified Organic robust dark maple syrup. Made in small batches with apples from the 100+ year old orchard called the Apple Barrel. Spread on some toast, add to your cheese boards, mix in yogurt or oatmeal. Or do as the kids do and eat it with a spoon.

Wine of the Week
L’Ecole Merlot ’18 “The 2019 Leviathan is a fabulous wine from Andy Erickson. Powerful and flamboyant, but somehow not overdone, the 2019 is packed with inky dark red fruit. “The 2018 Merlot Columbia Valley delivers some seriously good value. Rich black cherry compote and blackberry cordial tones combine with herbal accents on the palate. Enjoy this glorious wine now and over the next 8-10 years.”
