It has a nice smoky flavor but is well balanced with the spice and overall umami flavor. It’s also not too spicy for those who are worried about the spice level. Plus, the texture is provides a great little crunch to it. Can’t recommend this enough!” “While I know that there are other brands and I could in theory make this myself. I have gone through at least 5 jars of this. The flavors are fantastic and I have some amount of this nearly every day.” “This sauce is SO delicious! Wine of the Week
Robert Mondavi Cabernet Sauvignon Oakville ’19 “Almost entirely from To Kalon (there’s 3% from the former Franciscan property), the 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon The Estates Oakville is composed of 85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 6% each Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot, 2% Malbec and 1% Merlot. It’s a deeper, earthier wine than the Stags Leap version, with loam notes joining plum and dark chocolate. Full-bodied, plush and velvety, it finishes long, with softly dusty tannins. Drink 2023-2035. ” 93 Pts Wine Advocate $69.99/btl
