Little Gypsy Farms Olive Oil Each variety is a craft bottle of estate grown EVOO from a process typically seen from wineries, their family oversees the growing, harvest, cold pressing and bottling – achieving a level of premium quality you can taste. Elevate Everyday Health and Culinary Creations. Little Gypsy Farms is a first cold pressed, early harvest EVOO with 5 times more nutritionally dense extra virgin olive oil (vs grocery brands). The olives are from the family’s private estate olive groves located alongside the Mediterranean Sea. Little Gypsy Farms grow only the Koroneiki variety – a small olive known for its distinctive high-quality oil and is among the healthiest of all olive varietals because of its high polyphenol content. The nutritional difference is evident from the deep green color of the oil. The old-growth trees on their estate are rare throughout the Mediterranean.

Wine of the Week
Louis Chenu Savigny “Les Lavieres” 1er Cru ’19
“The 2019 Savigny-les-Beaune Les Lavieres 1er Cru comes from three small parcels in close proximity. The well-defined nose offers brambly red fruit, touches of sous-bois and a hint of clove. The palate is medium bodied with supple tannins, a slightly grainy texture, gentle grip and a lovely graphite-tinged, edgy finish. This is a great Savigny. Drink 2022-2035.” (91-93) Vinous $51.99/btl
